    Gerry is a global media leader with 30+ years of experience and expertise built up from all sides of the media industry – media agencies, broadcaster and advertisers.
     
    Gerry most recently served as Vice President, Global Media at Procter & Gamble. He joined Procter & Gamble as an experienced hire, relatively rare for a company that mostly promotes from within, to accelerate media and digital transformation at the company. He oversaw the CPG giant’s extensive in-housing of media planning and buying, as well as the increased use of programmatic trading of digital media and connected television to expand reach in an increasingly fragmented media market. He established global partnerships with Google, Meta, Amazon and TikTok, and was instrumental in those companies introducing brand safety and suitability solutions and reporting.
     
    Prior to joining Procter & Gamble, Gerry was European Media Director at Mondel?z International where he was responsible for developing successful media strategies for Oreo, Cadbury and Milka. He over oversaw a Europe wide media agency review and consolidation that resulted in double-digit percentage media efficiencies whilst maintaining media quality and performance. Prior to joining Mondel?z International, Gerry was European Media Director at Samsung where he was responsible for media strategy and investment, ownership of the relationship with Starcom, and activation of Samsung’s sponsorship of the Olympics and Chelsea Football Club. Prior to joining Samsung, Gerry was Group Media Account Director at Starcom, with responsibility for the McDonalds account.
     
    Gerry has served in wide range of industry roles including Co-Chair of the World Federation of Advertisers Media Forum, founding member of the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, member of the Global Board of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), and member of World Economic Forum Global Future Council for Media, Entertainment & Sport.
